PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a rectifier, without detecting a commutation voltage generated at valves by determining the command value of a control angle for a plurality of valves included in a converter according to a limit value to be changed. SOLUTION: A current command IO for effective power is supplied to a limiting part 1 for limiting a current command according to the measured value of a DC voltage of a rectifier. An output signal IOL from the control part 1 is supplied as the reference value, to a current controller CC which is provided at a control device CAC. With the output signal of the current controller CC, the minimum and maximum values are limited by a first control signal AMINL and a third limiting signal AMXL by a control part 2. Both the control signals AMINL and AMAXL can be changed. Therefore, an output signal AOL from the limiting part 2 which is a command value of control angle for converter is supplied to a point determining device CFC on ignition, thus determining the ignition point of the valve of each converter. |
