PURPOSE: To provide a suspension method for a vehicle which can obtain a good level of comfort and a good road performance. CONSTITUTION: An elastic means 54 is disposed between a support of a retainer or stopper 31 and a retainer 32 in the form such that when the retainer 32 enters the support state, one of two springs R20, R30 fitted in series is gradually released.
