PURPOSE: To control the low-frequency combustion vibrations of a combustor by detecting pressure fluctuation in a combustion chamber, extracting components representative of combustion vibration components from the waveform of a detection signal of the pressure fluctuation, determining controlling phase values for the individual frequency components, and combining them for control of a flow rate regulating valve. CONSTITUTION: In a gas-turbine combustor, a pressure sensor 12 passed through a combustor outer cylinder 11 to detect pressure within the combustor is provided, and a frequency analyzer 13 separates and filters a dominant frequency from the waveform of a detection signal of the sensor 12. Then a waveform whose phase is shifted (θ1 ,θ2 ,...θi ) from that of the filtered waveform is produced by a phase shifter 14, and the combined waves of those waveforms are produced by a combined-waveform shaping part 15. The combined waveform is amplified by a voltage amplifier 17 to expand or contract a layered piezoelectric stud in a fuel flow regulating valve 18 to vibrate a needle part in the direction in which the flow rate can fluctuate. The low-frequency combustion vibrations of the combustor are thus controlled without deteriorating performance.
