PURPOSE: To carry out the conversion of a heating mode and a cooling mode smoothly without generating a cloud on a glass or an unpleasant feeling to the occupants, by converting a cooling mode, a heating mode, and an air blast ing mode according to the forming relation of specific formulas, depending on the detected signals of an outer air sensor and a sunshine sensor. CONSTITUTION: A heat pump cycle in which the air-conditioning mode is converted to a heating mode, a cooling mode, or an air blasting mode, by converting or stopping the circulating direction of a heat exchange medium; an outer air sensor 4a; and a sunshine sensor 16; are provided, and the mode is converted to a cooling mode when the formula: N>=a1×TG+b1 (where N: the sunshine amount, TG: the outer air temperature, and a1 and b1 : constant) is satisfied depending on the detected signals of the outer air sensor 4a and the sunshine sensor 16, and the mode is converted to a heating mode when the formula: N<=a2×TG+b2 (where a2 and b2 : constant) is satisfied, while the mode is converted to an air blasting mode when the formula: a2×TG+b2 <N< a1×TG+b1 is satisfied. And by converting the values of b1 and b2 in the formulas, the converting timing to those sir-conditioning modes can be corrected.
