The ends (12, 34) of the components (2, 6) facing each other are each provided with a laterally extending lug (14, 36). The lugs are pivotably joined to each other and a clevis is pivotably mounted about the lugs (14, 36) and is provided with an anchoring pin (26) disposed essentially perpendicular to the pivot axis of the lugs.
