<p>PURPOSE: To enable sewage treatment by a small facility and to produce manure through fermentation by sucking waste water being treated in a waste water treatment tank into a sludge accumulation chamber from the downside by a circulation means and floating sludge in waste water together with air and accumulating sludge. CONSTITUTION: Sewage is cleaned by blowing air into an activated sludge tank 12 through a pipeline 17 and decomposing an organic substance in sewage. On one side, when air in the pipeline 17 is branched from conduits 24 whose tip parts are inserted into pipes 22 and this air is introduced into the pipes 22, air is filled in the pipes 22 and water in the pipes 22 is pushed out from the upper end parts of the bent parts of the pipes 22. Therefore, weight balance of water in the front and the rear in the pipes 22 is broken while keeping the tip parts of the conduits 24 in the pipes 22 as boundaries. Water in a sludge accumulation chamber 14 flows into pipes 22. Thereby, sewage in the sludge accumulation chamber 16 is returned to the activated sludge tank 12 and treated by activated sludge. This action is performed repeatedly.</p> |
