<p>PURPOSE: To provide an interface enabling the connection of a portable bar code reading device with a power source for charging and an outside outputting and inputting device with one jack. CONSTITUTION: This is an interface circuit connected with a terminal 23 in an optical bar code reading device provided with an inside battery 10 and an outputting and inputting terminal 32 for connection with a voltage source for charging the battery 10 which allows a first digital electric information signal to be generated inside, and responds to a second digital electric information signal generated by an outside signal source. This is provided with an outputting means which adds a first signal to the outputting and inputting terminal 23 as an output signal, means connected with the terminal 23 which allows currents enough to charge the battery 10 to flow, and inputting means whose signal source is connected with the outputting and inputting terminal 23 which operates according to the second digital electric signal at the time of adding the second digital electric signal to a reading device.</p> |
