PURPOSE: To make a very thin resin sheet with efficient heat radiation by providing a cylindrical core member with a central axis, an intermediate layer which covers the periphery of the core member and is made of a soft material, and an outermost layer which covers the periphery of the intermediate layer and is made of a high thermal conductivity material having specified thermal conductivity. CONSTITUTION: A resin sheet S extruded from a T-die 1 which is set in an extruder is pressed in the thickness direction while passing between a press roll 2A and a main cooling roll 2B into a thin film with a specified thickness. In the press roll 2A which is made of a metal and has a smaller diameter than a usual press roll, for example, a steel core member 2A3 is covered with a cylinder of a soft material such as soft rubber, e.g. silicone rubber, to make an intermediate layer 2A2, and the surface of the intermediate layer 2A2 is covered with a cylinder of a material having high thermal conductivity of 0.03cal/cm.sec. deg.C or more, e.g. metal such as corrosion resisting steel and aluminum, to make an outermost layer 2A1. In this way, a very thin sheet can be produced. |
