PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a higher lift and greater separation by constituting of a rotating cam and a resilient member, and by operating between two members that rotate with respect to one another to control rotation from a first set position to a second set position. SOLUTION: Members of a housing 16 and a rotating cam 23 are rotated to operate those two members 16, 23 so as to separate with a cam lobe 25. Rotation is controlled from a first set position where the rotating cam 23 is located in a recess 35 to a second set position where the rotating cam 23 is located in a recess 36 according to the extent of compression of a spring 17. Thereby, a higher lift and greater separation can be achieved for an amount of relative rotation between the rotating cam 23 and the housing 16. |
