PURPOSE: To provide a converter for CATV reception which is equipped with a VTR output or an output for PCM/FM tuner and is miniaturized. CONSTITUTION: A first resistor 27 is connected between the output of a second high frequency amplifier 24 and a second output terminal 25, and a second resistor 28 is connected between the output of the second high frequency amplifier 24 and a third output terminal 26. Therefore, since the first and second resistors 27 and 28 are used in place of a distribution transformer as a distributor, this converter can be miniaturized.
