<p>PURPOSE: To provide a test system, by which various kinds of test processes can be smoothly performed, and which is suitably used especially for testing a color filter substrate. CONSTITUTION: In a system where various kinds of test processes for a product are performed consistently by a test line having plural test devices, a product is carried from a product storehouse 10 disposed before the test line in the test line, and temporary storehouses 11, l2, l3 are disposed between the adjacent test devices at need, whereby the product is carried in the next test device through the temporary storehouses. A different in the processing time between the test devices can be disregarded, and furthermore, even if the test device in the midway gets out of order, the test can be separately made before and behind the failed device. If a test object is a plate-like product, it is better to use a cassette for conveying a product, and further it is better to provide plural feeders F for setting the cassette on the test device.</p> |
