PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method for temperature compensating fluctuation in the measuring range without requiring any compensation resistor and a method for temperature compensating fluctuation in the measuring range being employed in the sensor circuit. SOLUTION: The sensor circuit 10 comprises a converter 12, a network 32 for offset compensation, and a temperature detection network 38 integrated on a single semiconductor substrate. The converter 12 produces a differential signal in response to a physical state, e.g. an applying voltage. The differential signal is compensated for the offset through the offset compensation network 32. The temperature detection network 38 generates a temperature detection signal which is employed in a microprocessor 34 for compensating fluctuation in the operating range of the offset detection signal. In other words, a signal temperature compensated for the offset and operating range is produced depending on the physical state. |
