PURPOSE: To provide a cooling water tank which can simply insert the end of a synthetic resin pipe melt-extruded from a nozzle into a gate hole at the startup of an extruder. CONSTITUTION: A guide roll 32b the height of which can be adjusted vertically is installed in front of a gate hole 311 having a specified inside diameter through which a synthetic resin pipe passes. The end of the pipe melt extruded from a nozzle 1 can simply be inserted into the gate hole 311.
