PURPOSE: To provide a composition comprising a specific lipid and a specific compound containing an adhesive core peptide sequence which is the basic unit of the adhesive function of a cell adhesive protein, exhibiting an excellent cancer metastasis-inhibiting action over a long time in vivo, and low in toxicity. CONSTITUTION: This composition comprises (A) a compound selected from among compounds of formulas: R<1> -Q-Z and H-Q-W-R<2> and a compound of the formula [Q is a fragment having a cell adhesive activity; R<2> is a 10-25C branched alkyl substituted on the terminal amino group of Q; R<1> is a 10-25C branched alkyl; R<3> is a 10-25C branched alkyl, a branched alkanoyl; W is O or NH substituted on the terminal carbonyl group of Q; Z is OH or (substituted) amino substituted on the C-terminal carbonyl group of Q], and (B) a lipid selected from among sphingolipids, cholesterol compounds, and phosphatidyl choline, phosphatidyl ethanolamine, phosphatidyl serine, phosphatidyl glycerol and phosphatidic acid which have 14-24C fatty acid residues, respectively. |
