PURPOSE: To obtain a three-dimensional image forming sheet in which a high- quality thermal transfer image can be obtained even with the use of a low-cost thermal transfer device using a normal thermal head. CONSTITUTION: A thermally expanding layer 61 containing a foaming agent 63 is applied on a substrate 62, and thereon a topcoat layer 65 is applied on the thermally expanding layer 61. In this manner, the surface smoothness of a thermally expanding sheet 60 is set to be not less than 200sec in Bekk smoothness. In this manner, an ideal thermal transfer image free from blur and the like can be formed even with the use of a thermal transfer device using a normal low-cost thermal head. |
