PURPOSE: To make it possible to hold a part in different sizes sucked onto a suction bit and further position it. CONSTITUTION: A mounting head 24 is horizontally moved between a position where an electronic part is held and that where a printed board is supported. The mounting head 24 is provided with a pressing lug driving box 34 and a hollow rod 40, which penetrates the pressing lug driving box 34 and is capable of being freely slid in the axial direction. The pressing lug driving box 34 contains a pair of first pressing lugs that are opposed to each other and are capable of being freely advanced to or backed away from the hollow rod 40; and a pair of second pressing lugs that are out of phase with the first pressing lugs, and that are opposed to each other and are capable of being freely advanced to or backed away from the hollow rod 40. These pairs of pressing lugs are separately driven by different motors. |
