<p>PURPOSE: To simplify a mechanism, to improve the reliability of a driving transmitting system and to facilitate operation for removing a recording medium. CONSTITUTION: This device is provided with a 1st rotating body, a bearing 13 disposed freely movably, a 2nd rotating body rotatably supported by the bearing 13, and a spring 23 disposed between the bearing 13 and a frame 15 and energizing the 2nd rotating body to the 1st rotating body. Then, this device is provided with a regulating member regulating the movement of the bearing 13 at the stationary position of the 2nd rotating body and a pressing member pressing the bearing 13 to the regulating member when a cover is closed. When an operator opens the cover, the pressing member is separated from the bearing 13 and the bearing 13 is released from the pressing force. In the case of drawing the recording medium, the 2nd rotating body is drawn out with the recording medium, and tension exerted by the spring 23 becomes small.</p> |
