<p>PURPOSE: To enable the formation of various patterns, further increase the decorative effect and stimulate the buying desire of customers. CONSTITUTION: This sheet material is provided with a patterned cutting part 2 formed by cutting the peripheral part 2a and a cut hole 2b of a sheet material 1a of a collar part 1 made of a synthetic fiber, a patterned recess 3 having groove lines 3a applied to the sheet base 1a in the form of a pattern and a colored pattern part 4 having a coating film 4a colored in the form of a pattern and applied to a surface of the sheet material 1a. The patterned cutting part 2 and the patterned recess 3 are formed by using an ultrasonic processing machine.</p> |
