CONSTITUTION: A controller 20 is composed of an acceleration and deceleration computing element 21, a braking torque setter 23, a torque computing element 24, an addition computing element 25, an adjuster 26, a frequency compensator 27, a set value switching circuit, etc., and when it detects the deceleration stop, a voltage type inverter 2 is stopped with f** obtained by correcting frequency set value f* by the adjusting operation of the deviation of generated torqueτΛfrom braking torque set valueτ*.
