PURPOSE: To avoid inclusion of a separating agent in a second formed body, and to completely remove the sintered ceramics powder by coating the separating agent in which the ceramics powder is dispersed in the coating to a sliding part of a first formed body in manufacturing a sliding compound body, drying and hardening the coated film, integrating the second formed body to a required shape, and achieving the degreasing and sintering. CONSTITUTION: When a sliding compound body is manufactured in which a female member 3 (a second formed body) is fitted to an approximately cylindrical male member 2 (a first formed body) having a disk-shaped part 2b whose diameter is larger than that of a shaft part 2a at each end part of the shaft part 2a, a green body of the male member 2 is formed. The separating agent 50 is coated to a part of the male member 2 where the female member 3 is fitted thereto and slid thereon, and after the coated film is dried, the female member 3 is injection molded, and then, degreased and sintered. The separating agent is preferably a coating material to form the coating film which is hardened through the volatile content drying, the oxidation drying, the thermal polymerization drying, a catalyst or the electron beam polymerization drying e.g. a coating material in which the C-BN powder (mean grain size is 1μm) is dispersed in acrylic lacquer at the volumetric ratio of 1:1.
