PURPOSE: To obtain an ethylene-α-olefin-nonconjugated diene copolymer rubber compsn. which is excellent is extrudability, shape retention, retention of stress relaxation, gelation time, etc., and gives a sponge rubber with a low apparent density, a low compression set, and a good surface texture. CONSTITUTION: This compsn. comprises a low-molecular component and high- moleculor components of ethylene-α-olefin-nonconjugated diene copolymer, and the low-molecular component has a Mooney viscosity (ML1+4 , 100 deg.C) of 10-150, anα-olefin content of 30-60wt.%, and an iodine value of 37-65 and a high- molecular component has a Mooney viscosity (ML1+4 , 100 deg.C) of 100-500, an olefin content of 14-50wt.%, and an iodine value of 3-15, the ratio of iodine value of the former component to the latter is 4/1 or higher.
