PURPOSE: To reduce user's interactive operation and improve the operation efficiency of the device by providing a means which discriminates stored information, a means which performs a ticket issuing process corresponding to the discrimination result, and a means which selects and displays a guidance screen corresponding to the discrimination result when there are plural ticket issuing processings. CONSTITUTION: When a customer sensor device 101 detects a user, a controller 100 enables a user to perform operation for selecting a ticket issuing processing on a screen display device 106 from a customer operation device (touch panel) 107 for ticket issuing processing selecting operation. Further, a ticket strip reader 103 and a magnetic card device 104 are actuated. After this point of time, when a ticket, etc., or cash card is inserted into the on-line automatic ticket issuing machine 1 before the user performs the operation for the ticket issuing processing from the touch panel 107 and the specific ticket issuing processing is selected on the on-line automatic ticket issuing device 1 with the inserted information storage medium, a customer guidance screen for ticket issuing processing selection which is displayed on a screen display device 106 is skipped. |
