PURPOSE: To provide an air conditioner whose appearance is not deteriorated by increasing spaces between attaching fittings provided at both sides of a main body and the opening parts of ceiling boards go as to improve operability of adjusting the height of the main body, providing extending parts in both the sides of a grill main body which correspond to the spaces and covering the spaces therewith. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioner comprises a main body 3, suspension rods 5 provided at both sides of the main body which are fixed to the beam 1 of a ceiling or the like by means of screw parts and a plurality of nuts 6 threadedly engaged therewith, attaching fittings 3b fixed to both the sides of the main body 3 and having attaching holes corresponding to the suspension rods 5, and a grill main body 4 with air supply ports 4a facing the opening parts 2a of ceiling boards 2 which is suspended in the upper space of the ceiling boards 2. Both the side parts of the opening parts 2a corresponding to the attaching fittings 3b are extended outward and bellows or plate shaped extending parts 4b which correspond to the extended parts and can be extended outward and fixed at both the sides of the grill main body 4 are provided. |
