<p>PURPOSE: To prevent drop of the operation rate of a game hall even in case where a failure has occurred in game playing facilities. CONSTITUTION: By this games managing method, a plurality of game playing facilities 13 in a game hall are put under control and management and the managerial situation is displayed, wherein information on likely failure cause(s) is sent to a maintenance division 11 located remotely, when a failure suddenly has occurred in any game facility 13, to ask a diagnosis. A management division 12 provided in the game hall conducts a recovery treatment on the basis of the failure diagnostic information 17a and contermeasure information 17b sent remotely from the maintenance division 11.</p> |
