PURPOSE: To provide a fiber reinforced resin molding capable of being effectively utilized as the noise shield or under shield of an engine room or the lower part of a car body by changing the presence state of reinforcing fibers to impart good sound absorbing characteristics. CONSTITUTION: A fiber reinforced resin molding contains reinforcing fibers and a thermoplastic resin and has a region substantially composed only of reinforcing fibers and a region reduced in resin impregnation quantity at two or more places.
