PURPOSE: To obtain a probe wherein a capacitor effectively functions, inductance components can be reduced and the fluctuation in voltage owing toΔI noise can be suppressed. CONSTITUTION: A capacitor 7 is connected between a power source probe 3a and a ground probe 3b closely to a power source pad 5 and a ground pad 6. Thus inductance components in a power source system and a ground system can be reduced, whileΔI noise can be suppressed by having high-frequency components removed.
