PURPOSE: To make a device have simple constitution, a high speed access function, and large capacity for recording together by outputting a signal from a memory means by a clock having a frequency in accordance with a position of the radius direction of a head and inputting it to a head. CONSTITUTION: Switches 18, 21, 22 are connected to a side shown by a dotted line at the time of reproducing. A timing signal detecting circuit 6 extracts a timing signal from a signal reproduced by an optical pickup 4, and converts it to a timing pulse. This timing pulse is inputted to a clock generation circuit 8 through the switch 18. Frequency division is performed in the circuit 8, a clock of nF is outputted, and a signal of the optical pickup 4 is stored in a memory 11 with a frequency nF. Next, a switch 23 is switched to the side of a clock generation circuit 10 for an output device and a clock having a frequency nf is generated. Next, a picture signal is outputted from the memory 11 with the clock frequency nf, and inputted to a demodulation circuit 17. Next, it is demodulated to a signal with which an output device 14 can be operated by a demodulation circuit 17, and outputted to the output device 14. |
