PURPOSE: To obtain an optical head device capable of reducing the assembling man-hour by the simple constitution and also improving the heat radiating efficiency. CONSTITUTION: On one side of a plate 25, a flexible substrate 26, on a part of which a notched part 26a is formed for exposing the plate surface, is adhered, and optical element structural bodies 27, 28, 29 are attached to the plate through the notched part 26a. Bonding wires are used to connect electrical connection parts of these optical element structural bodies 27, 28, 29 and wirings of the flexible substrate 26. Further, one end of a heat sink plate 24 is attached to another side of the substrate, and the wirings of focus actuator coils 22a, 22b and tracking actuator coils 23a, 23b are electrically connected to the flexible substrate 26. |
