PURPOSE: To improve a critical temperature, a critical current density and a critical magnetic field with chemical stability by mixing specific starting materials and reacting them. CONSTITUTION: This superconductive material is expressed by the formula, A'B2 B'n-1 Cum O2n+31+δ [A' is 1, 2 or more elements capable of having 0.81-1.05 A ionic radius in a crystal; B is one or more elements selected from Na, La, Ca, Sr and Ba; B' is one or more elements selected from Na, Ca, Y and a lanthanide; (n) is 2-4; -1<δ<1; (x)=1] and obtained by mixing an oxide or oxides of 1, 2 or more elements selected form In, Cu, Cd, Pb, Hg, Ca, Na, Y, a lanthanide, Ag, C, B, Al, Ga, Mo, Cr, Ta and Re with an oxide or oxides of one or more elements selected from Na, La, Ca, Sr or Ba and an oxide of Cu and baking them in air. |
