PURPOSE: To provide a capacitive load driving device driving a capacitive load with less power consumption and capable of also reducing a calorific value. CONSTITUTION: In the capacitive load driving device constituted of the capacitive load 2, a drive circuit 3 driving the capacitive load 2, a current bias circuit 4 controlling the drive circuit 3 and a control signal input part 5 connected to the current bias circuit 4, the device is set in a high impedance state at least in one side period of the period when the potential applied to the capacitive load in before and after the period when the potential applied to the capacitive load becomes low voltage potential becomes high voltage potential.
