PURPOSE: To effectively use 15 channels added by revised standards and to establish a radio link in a short time. CONSTITUTION: When a slave machine 1 or a master machine 2 transmits a radio wave for the first time for the purpose of forming a radio link, it selects a channel from a channel group permitted for transmission independently of the electric field state to transmit the radio wave and selects a speech channel from all channels permitted for transmission at the time of forming the radio link. Thus, immediate transmission is possible independently of the electric field state when the master machine 2 or the slave machine 1 performs transmission for the first time, and the radio link is established in a short time; and further, 15 channels added with revised standards are effectively used at the time of the start of voice speech. |
