PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pre-filled sterile, especially sterilized at least process, plastic syringe by autoclaving it, keeping both outside and inside pressure of assembled and sealed syringe equal. SOLUTION: After removing foreign substances and pollutant from the top end seal 26 of plastic syringe 20 and its piston, pollutant on the top end seal 26 and the piston is destroyed. Foreign substance and exothermic substance is removed from a barrel 22 by washing the barrel 22. Top seal 26, piston, and the barrel 22 are given lubricant. Seal 26 is assembled into nozzle 24 of the barrel 22, and fluid substance is poured from open end into barrel 22. A piston is assembled into open end 28 to seal injector and its content. Assembled syringe and its content are autoclaved, keeping both outside and inside pressure of the syringe equal. |
