PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To treat atrial arrhythmia by use of ablation and/or mapping procedures is with catheter for cutting guided to particular position by a specially-shaped guiding device whose inside guiding device and outside guiding device are both hollow inside from one end to the other and whose inside guiding device is put into the outside guiding device. SOLUTION: This guiding device to make a track 8 in the right atrium consists of two units. Each unit is connected the other part and form one united guiding device. The first guiding device for right atrium consists of first, second, and third unit. The first unit is almost straight long small tube, and is long enough to go into patient's body and to be led to specific place in the right atrium. The second unit to be connected to top end of the first unit is curved. The third unit of this guiding device is connected to the top end of the second unit, and is of an almost straight unit directed at an angle of 40-60 deg. from the direction of the first unit. |
