PURPOSE: To eliminate danger by radiating heat of abnormally hot water and lowering its temperature at the time of draining it by providing a cutout and discharge means to close a flow passage toward a discharge port and simultaneously discharge atomize and discharge water outside with a borderline of certain temperature on the flow passage from a water supply and hot water supply source to the discharge port. CONSTITUTION: An inverted J letter shaped coupler 1d to connect a flow passage to the side of a hose 2 is provided, and a spray nozzle 5 projecting the coupler 1d outside from a cylindrical housing 4 working doubly as a connecting member between itself and the hose 2 and its circumferential surface is provided. Additionally, an orifice 4d communicated to the spray nozzle 5 deforms and opens a shift spring 7 when mixed water from a faucet main body changes to the side of hot water and becomes temperature exceeding a use limit for shower, stops hot water supply to the side of a shower head and injects the mixed water in mist from a spray hole of the spray nozzle 5. In the meantime, as the mixed water returns to normal temperature, the shift spring 7 contracts and returns to a position of a valve body 4a, and the mixed water is supplied to the side of the shower head again.
