PURPOSE: To provide an antiallergic agent containing a protease as an active ingredient, and capable of remarkably improving food allergic syndromes singly or by a simple method comprising mixing the antiallergic agent with a food containing an allergen and subsequently taking the mixture. CONSTITUTION: The antiallergic agent contains a protease (preferably a complex enzyme such as pancreatin) as an active ingredient. The antiallergic agent may contain a hydrolase selected from among amylase, lipase, and cellulase in addition to the protease. The amylase is preferably α-amylase or β-amylase, and the lipase is preferably a pancreatic lipase and a microorganism lipase. Therein, the protease and the arbitrary ingredient, the amylase, the lipase and/or the cellulase, are taken or administered at doses of 1500-2000mg, respectively, per adult. |
