PURPOSE: To obtain a ceramic plate which is light, strong and excellent in life time after working and maintenance. CONSTITUTION: In a ceramic plate which is mainly made of ceramic materials and has a three-layered structure, the flexural strength is set over 300kg/cm<3> , the bulk density is to 0.5-2g/cm<3> , the difference between the maximum bulk density and the minimum one is set to over 0.2g/cm<3> . This ceramic plate is produced by using ceramic raw materials, fiber materials and a thermoplastic organic material having lower than 10 deg.C glass transition point as components to form a slurry, forming the slurry into sheets and preheating individual sheets over 50 deg.C, laminating the preheated sheets, pressing the laminated sheets integrally and firing the laminated sheets. |
