A thermosetting powder coating composition which has good stability, pigment dispersion and impact characteristics is disclosed. The composition comprises a co-reactable particle mixture of an acid group-containing acrylic polymer having a Tg in the range of -20.degree.C to 30.degree.C, an acid group-containing acrylic polymer having a Tg in the range of 40.degree.C to 100.degree.C and a curing agent, therefor.
