<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dispersion in which fine particles are dispersed in a high concentration without the aggregation of solid particles by a process in which an active ingredient is dissolved in a liquid gas and gas is separated from liquid by reducing the pressure. SOLUTION: Gas 1 is compressed into a supercritical state, or liquid, by a compressor 2. An active ingredient 5 is absorbed in the liquid gas 3 by an extractor 4, the liquid gas which absorbed the ingredient 5 is supplied to a mixer 7 through a pipe line 6, and the liquid gas is mixed with liquid from a pipe line 12. The liquid gas which absorbed the ingredient is dissolved almost completely in the liquid in the mixer 7 and a next hold-up section 8. After that, the active ingredient/liquid dispersion is decompressed by a valve 9 and supplied to a separator 11 through a pipe line 9 to separate the gas from the liquid.</p> |
