PRODUCTION OF LINING PIPE

PURPOSE: To easily form an uneven shape part such as an inner gear shape part on the inner periphery of a pipe of every kind having any caliber or length. CONSTITUTION: A gear shape forming jig 10 having a gear shape part 10a formed to the outer periphery thereof and a mortar supply pipe are inserted in a pipe 1 up to the end part thereof and the gear shape forming jig 10 is pulled out of the pipe 1 by a support rod 11 while the pipe 1 is rotated to be filled with a lining material 2'. By this constitution, the gear shape forming jig 10 is tumbled on the lining material 2' accompanied by the rotation of the pipe 1 and the movement of the pipe 1 in the pipe axis direction to form a lining layer 2 having an inner gear shape part 3 on the entire inner peripheral surface of the pipe 1. By this constitution, the lining layer 2 having the inner gear shape part 3 can easily be formed on the inner periphery of the pipe 1 regardless of the caliber or length of the pipe 1.
