The invention is a pan made out of heat resistant material for simultaneously cooking and smoking food. The pan consists of a larger pan in which woodchips, sugar and/or spices are placed and one smaller pan in which food is placed. The pan is covered with metal foil or other heat resistant material. The pan is reusable.
