MATERIAL FOR COMPRESSION MOLDING AND RESIN MOLDING USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: To obtain a material for compression molding containing acrylic syrup excellent in economical efficiency for producing an artificial marble product and its molding. CONSTITUTION: This material for compression molding comprises (a) 60-10wt.% acrylic syrup, (b) 50-85wt.% aluminum hydroxide, (c) 60-1wt.% acrylic resin fine particles whose part is dissolved and whose remainder is kept in undissolved state and a polymerization initiator or further contains (d) a prescribed amount of acrylic marble particles containing >=50wt.% aluminum hydroxide.
