PURPOSE: To obtain a secondary battery which has high energy density, no liquid leakage, no gas generation, and the like, and excellent safety and processability, by using lithium-cobalt compound oxide for a positive electrode, and combining it with a high polymer solid electrolyte. CONSTITUTION: Lithium-cobalt compound oxide obtained by mixing the mols such as LiCO3 and CoCO3 in hexane, and baking in the atmospheric ambiance, a Ketjen black; and a Teflon powder, are mixed, and kneaded in an agate mortar, and the resultant material is pressure contacted to a stainless mesh, and press formation is applied to obtain a sheet form positive electrode. The electrolyte liquid is manufactured by a liquid mixing LiN(CF3 SO2 )2 , ethylene carbonate, dimethoxyethane, ethoxyethylene gricol acrylate, and the benzoinisopropyl ether of trimethyl propan triaclylate. This liquid is used to impregnate a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and a porous polyprophlene separator, and a high voltage mercury lamp is used to irradiate, and a high polymer solid electrolyte is compounded to the battery elements. |
