PURPOSE: To improve high humidity resistance holding property and heat resistance impact property while reducing solder diffusion property in a copper layer. CONSTITUTION: An electrode structure of an electronic component has a nickel/ chromium alloy layer 11 applied to a surface of a component body part 1 and a copper layer 3 connected by soldering after applied to the nickel/chromium alloy layer 11. In the process, an electronic component can be a piezoelectric resonance element itself and an electrode 10 can be a vibration electrode.
