PURPOSE: To grasp a visiting destination state of members of an organization quickly and correctly, to accept and receive a phone call without mis-operation and to surely deliver a message or the like. CONSTITUTION: Information of destination and message or the like for members in an organization is stored in a database 8 in a local area network(LAN) 1 used in the organization. A terminal equipment 9 in the LAN and other terminal equipment 9 in another LAN 11 interconnected via a network to the LAN 1 retrieve and revise setting of the destination information and the message information by using the database 8. Furthermore, a destination display system main body 2 to which exclusive terminals each displaying information of destination and message or the like for limited members in the organization at all times are connected by each organization is made up of an organization setting section 3 setting components in the organization, an in-organization member name entry section 4 entering names of organization members, a destination information setting section 5, a message information setting section 6 and an information retrieval section 7. |
