PURPOSE: To provide a reliability information system and a production control support system which can quickly and effectively calculate the reliability information, can improve the management of abnormal value of equipments and the maintenance quality, and also can quickly feedback the information to the maker plant. CONSTITUTION: The maintenance information on the troubles occurred in the nationwide customer systems are stored in a maintenance information data base 11. The customer information are stored in a maintenance code master file 12, and the product information are stored in a product code master file 13. These stored information undergo the unitary management, and the reliability information on the designated equipment type and parts are automatically calculated at need based on those information stored in the base 11 and files 12 and 13. Thus the states of the customer systems can be grasped after the products are forwarded. If the dangerous value is detected through calculation of the reliability information, an alarm is given to the maker plant. Thereby, it is possible to support the production control of the equipment type and parts under production and also to support the settlement of problems. |
