PURPOSE: To provide the radio telephone system where even a radio base station installed in a hidden place is easily found out without requiring a precise drawing for installation position management. CONSTITUTION: A radio telephone portable machine 1, a radio base station 2, and an exchange 3 are provided. The portable machine 1 is provided with the reception electric field level measuring function and a display part 1a on which the recognition number of a connected radio base station and intensities of reception electric fields of the machine itself and the radio base station are displayed. The base station 2 is provided with the reception electric field level measuring function and a buzzer 2a. The exchange 3 receives the service request code, which acquires a radio base station called by the radio telephone portable machine, and recognition numbers of the radio telephone portable machine in the exchange itself and the radio base station to be acquired through the radio base station and sends a buzzer sounding command to the designated radio base station and sends a disconnection command to the other radio base stations and connects a speaking channel between the radio telephone portable machine and the designated base station so that reception electric field intensity information from the designated radio base station can be transmitted to the radio telephone portable machine. |
