The spray head body (2) is produced in one piece with the pipe connection. The edge (4) of the spray head body has a flat end surface (5), on which the edge area (6) of the watering plate (3) locates with the intermediary of a sealing component (9). The sealing component is a preferably flat sealing ring or an applied sealing mass. The edge area of the watering plate is held on the spray head body by machined edging or rolling. The watering plate is a flat, holed metal plate, preferably of brass, copper or bronze. It has an outer area (7) provided for the flat end surface of the spray head body, the radially projecting edge (8) is bordered around the edge of the spray head body.
