PURPOSE: To easily and surely attain positioning of a waveguide and maintenance of a brazing angle by providing a brazing material holder carrying freely vertically a brazing material to a brazed part to an upper part of the waveguide brazed part supported by a waveguide holder. CONSTITUTION: Waveguides 1a, 1b are inserted from holds 11a, 11b of a waveguide holder 10, projected to a hollow part 12 and the projected parts are pressed into contact with the hollow part 12 and are mounted in a support block 20. Thus, the brazed angle of the waveguide 1 and the rear side are positioned by a support 11 and the brazed part is supported by a block 2. In this case, since a heat coil 40 projects from an opening 22 of an upper face of the block 22, the coil 40 projects from the opening at a bottom face of the brazed part of the waveguide 1 to the inside of the waveguide. A high frequency current is supplied to the coil 40 from a high frequency generating section 50 in this state to produce a resistance heat to the brazed part of the waveguide 1. Simultaneously a motor 62 of a brazed material holder 60 is driven to drive a roller 61 with a braze material feed groove, which carries a prescribed amount of braze material to the brazed part, and it is brazed. |
