<p>PURPOSE: To absorb abnormal tension by means of a simple and lowcost device by a method wherein a damping device which is composed of a swelled coupling part, of a thin platelike coupling plate coupled to the swelled coupling part and a damping rod is interposed inside a cylindrical body. CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical body 5 is constituted of a long cylindrical body base part 10 and a cylindrical body lid part 12. A first loop-shaped coupling part 11 is formed at the head part of the body base part 12. A swelled coupling part 6 which protrudes inward is formed inside on one end side inside the body base part 10, and a coupling plate 7 is coupled. A damping rod 8 is coupled to the coupling plate 7, and the damping rod 8 is passed through the swelled coupling part 6 so as to be extended to one end side of the body base part 10. The coupling plate 7 is attached to the tip part of the damping rod 8, and a second ring-shaped coupling part 9 is formed at the rear end part. When tension at a prescribed value or higher acts on the coupling plate 7, the coupling plate 7 is fractured, and the damping rod 8 comes off from the coupling plate so as to be moved up to the other end of the body base part 10. Thereby, abnormal tension can be absorbed by a simple and low-cost structure.</p> |
