The system has device (1), such as transformer of Hall Effect detector, for measuring the current in at least one (U) of the three-phases (U,V,W), and device (2), such as primary star-secondary delta transformer or resistance bridge, designed to measure voltage components so as to re-create an artificial neutral so as to obtain the fundamental voltage component. Filters (3,4), using Fourier analysis or auto-adaptive filtering, are used to measure the phase difference between the fundamental current and voltage waveforms. The measured data (D) is transmitted using frequency modulation to a remote display and processing unit (C) via cable (L) or other means.
